Spring Break

Well it was more of a "Winter" break then a "Spring" break! But it was still fun!! I always enjoy having Chloe home and was excited to have our own schedule. We drove to Jeff's work on Monday and took him out for lunch. Olive Garden always a treat!! The kids loved it. Laurette came to visit with her girls so we (Chels and I) had a fun time with them. On Wednesday, it was pretty cold, so Laurette, Chels and I and of course the kids went to the church to play in the gym. It was a blast and always fun to run around!! On Thursday we were planning on going to the Zoo, but again too cold, so we went to the Science Center. So fun!! I always enjoy going there. You could spend the whole day there and feel like you still haven't finished everything. On Friday we took it easy and played some games at home. What a fun week!! I can't believe that it is already over!!

Wall-E

We have this little robotic toy - Wall-E, that moves and lights up. Chelsa just loves it. Just in the past couple of weeks we have noticed how much Chelsa is talking. One day she was looking for him saying "Wall-E" just as clear as can be!! So cute! She is just so much fun!

Cheerios Anyone??

I gave Jensen the Cheerio bag to play with and stepped away for a minute and came back to a Cheerio mess!! He had the bag and was waving it back and forth watching all the Cheerios fly out of the bag. Cheerios were everywhere!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick's Day was a fun day!! We all started out in the morning by getting our green outfits on that we picked out the night before! Then I had the opportunity to go with Chloe's class to the Zoo. My good friend took care of my kids in the morning, then Mom had them in the afternoon. It was a lot of fun to spend time with just Chloe and I!! We got to see the Koala's which were so cool. I also enjoyed seeing the sting rays. In the morning we went to a show all about bears and Chloe was picked to dress up like a polar bear. She was so excited because that is her favorite bear. It was fun to see her with her classmates. After the zoo it was a rush to get home to get dinner ready. We had the missionaries over for a green dinner. Special green drinks, green beans, green salad, green chips and BBQ Beef buns (the only thing not green). The kids enjoyed it all!! What a great day!

Happy Birthday Gillian!!

Happy Birthday Gill!! I feel so grateful to have you as my friend. I was looking through photos today of some fun we have had together (as well as our kids) and I thought I would post some of them.
Our Crazy girls!! We sure love Alice. We sure think she is the best.

Jackie what the cutest little girl. I just love all the fun things she says and does.
Look at you - the best Mom!! You are so much fun.

And creative. You put on the best parties for your kids! No wonder I want to come!! Fuschia Flower girl!! Hee hee

And not to mention the wonderful cakes you make for your kids

What a fun day!! I love spending time with you and your girls

Hee hee - I love this picture. I love that you just got right in there running in the sprinklers with your kids. It shows how much love you have for them.

Another fun day - look how little Jackie is!

Didn't we miss seeing Santa?!! We saw the whole parade and missed him. How funny.

So beautiful!

What a cute couple. So many memories,,,,,,

I love that our girls are so close.

Another glamour shot!! What awesome friends I have. Especially to go with me to girly movies.

I think we need to watch Twilight again when it comes out!

Happy Birthday Gill... You are such a amazing person and we all feel so blessed to have you and your family apart of our lives. We love you so much!!!!

Calgary Auto Show

What a blast to go with Mom and Dad and my two girls to the Calgary Auto Show!! I always enjoy looking and sitting in all these nice fancy cars. It's fun to dream that the wind is blowing through my hair and I'm sitting in a Lamborghini with some cool shades and leather attire!! Ha ha ha!! I certainly think that would be a ton of fun. Logan wasn't feeling to good so Jeff stayed home with the boys. What a switch hey - all the girls in my family at the car show. Like my good friend said "To successfully indoctrinate, you have to start young!!"

Chloe sitting in the new 2009 Chevy, Uplander. Pretty much the same as our van.

Chloe and I sitting in a Smart Car. Pretty good for leg room!

Chloe and Chelsa sitting in a Mini Cooper. They had to sit in the yellow one for Grandpa!

Here is Chloe and Dad sitting in the new Nissan Cube. Talk about a very interesting looking car (I don't really like it). But it was very comfortable inside. The seats were very nice.

Some of my favourites - The Spyker.... can you picture the wind...... the sound of the engine...

I had to post this one for Dad. One day right Dad??!!

Ok so this 2009 Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Coupe was my favourite.
Only starting at 265,000. I guess I can just keep on dreaming!!!

Goggle Obsession!!

Logan is obsessed about swimming goggles. In the summer at the beach he never takes them off. When he it out of the water he puts them up on his forehead which squishes his eyes. He looks very funny. The other day I was at Zellers and saw these Spider man goggles and I just had to buy them. He has been wearing them ever since - with the exception of church and bedtime of course!!

Photo Op!!

Chelsea lent Jensen this very cute outfit. I thought it looked so cute on him I took a bunch of pictures! At the end of the photo shoot he wasn't smiling as big - but surprisingly still happy! (the last picture is one of the very first pictures I took)

Kid Pictures

Here are some recent pictures of our kids.

Jensen - happy boy

This is very typical for Chelsa, reading, missing a sock, and some kind of article of clothing beside her that she is dragging around the house! I don't know what it is about socks, but she doesn't like them.

Logan - or should I say Flash, I mean Dash, no I think it's pink panther this week!

Cutie Chloe - always ready to pose for a picture!

What a great Dad!

Bubble Battle

Logan thought it was hilarous getting bubbles out of the sink and putting them on his Dad and running away with delight. But we all know in our house if you get Daddy he always gets you back worse. Poor Logan - his head was dunked in the sink!
