We're going to the zoo, zoo, zoo...

We love the zoo!! And now that the weather is getting nicer we will have the opportunity to go more often. We went this past weekend and had a great time.

Cheese!

Chelsa loves dolls and stuffed animals. She brought all of these dolls to me with shirts and diapers and asked me to dress them. Then she lined them all up on the couch like this. I thought it was pretty cute so I took some pictures!! And of course Chelsa is missing one of her socks!

Detox

Jeff and I have just finished a week long detox that's good for the gallbladder. Jeff has been having some problems with his gallbladder and has been very sick. I did some research and found a detox good for the gallbladder on a health website. We could only eat veggies, fruit, beans, lentils, and some nuts. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be, but I'm so glad that we did it!! We both felt better at the end of the week. We were sleeping better, had a bit more energy, and we both were clear of headaches. Jeff didn't feel sick at all!

She's got the moves!

Chelsa makes me laugh all the time. She absolutely loves music and quite often asks us to turn it on. Tonight after her bath I turned some music on and she started grooving. Then she grabbed a chair and climbed up on it and started dancing - I added another chair for a bit more stability. This girl has no fear!!

Happy Easter!!!

Saturday we decorated easter eggs and that was a lot of fun!! Chelsa cracked hers and then ended up eating them!! Sunday morning the kids were so excited to get up and go hunt for eggs. Chelsa wasn't worried about collecting them she just kept eating everything she picked up. This slowed her down! She didn't really eat her breakfast - I think she was a little bit full from easter eggs!! The Sacrament easter program today was so good!! The Primary kids sang and I felt a bit nervous getting up infront of everyone, but they did so great!! It was such an uplifting day. Another great day in the kingdom - right Dad!! After church the Carter's invited us over for Easter Dinner and it was so good!! It was fun to catch up and to hear about their trip and Mom and Dad's trip. Thanks for having us over - you guys are the best!

Spa at home!

Well not really - but Chloe has always wanted to know why people put cucumbers on their eyes and wanted to try it!

After we took these pictures Chloe askes me "Mom who is going to eat those cucumbers? With a look of almost disgust. I reassured her that they could go in the garbage.

7 or 8 or maybe even 9 inches!

Yes I cut off about 7-8 inches off Chloe's hair yesterday. She was so excited to get it cut and just loves it!!
